The 11th of March 2020 is National No Smoking Day. Here at Imperial Health we acknowledge this day can be a steppingstone onto the path of quitting and leading a healthy lifestyle. Going smoke free has many health benefits which include: a decreased risk of developing respiratory and cardiac disease; decreased risk of developing osteoporosis; improved healing times and an improvement in mood.
